Bringing hope to the Hopeless

Meet our STaff

Mission + Vision

We at Retrograde exist to help those struggling with life-controlling issues (such as addiction) find freedom. We do this through residential discipleship programs and community outreach.

Residential Discipleship Programs

Our 10 person residential facility is a safe environment from which our students can focus on overcoming life-controlling issues and begin the process of rebuilding their lives. The main focus of these programs is for those with addictions. Retrograde and partners provide all the basic day to day essentials for our students so they can focus on their transformation.

We charge $525 a month to cover all basic needs. $750 is due up front and is non-refundable. The rest is paid off by students during the work-therapy portion of the program.

Program includes

24/7 oversight and staff, 12- 5hr practical classes and 12-5hr spiritual classes, meals & basic needs, close access to local medical care and emergency transport, faith-based group meetings and AA style step programmings, structure and volunteer work, life coaching and more.

Temp Agency & Work Therapy:

We work with a few local companies and contractors to help our students establish work history. This part-time work normally leads to full-time work.

Low-income housing / Aftercare

We have a 9-room apartment building that our students, who completed the program, use as transitional housing and sober living complex. The 1-room apartments are $325/month, and includes a shower/ bathroom. There is a laundry room in the facility.
